Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept all major credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. Please note that there are a few brands that we do not ship to the United States as this is where the product originates. In these instances you will be directed to the appropriate US websites.
We accept Visa and Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. You may send your credit card information via our secure server or alternatively you can phone, fax, or mail this to us.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we confirm your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling We currently ship within the United Kingdom and EU and a number of other countries worldwide. For shipping costs outside of the countries shown at checkout, please contact us by email and we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote. |
| Delivery Schedule Orders received by 12 noon (Monday - Thursday) are despatched same day. Your purchase should reach you within two business days by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Please note that orders received on a Friday will not be delivered until the following Tuesday. Orders received after 12 noon (Monday - Friday) will be despatched on the next business day. Heavy items or multiple items that exceed 2 kg will be shipped by Parcel Force 48 hour delivery and will take two business days to arrive. Items to be shipped outside of the UK will be sent by Royal Mail Air Parcel. Please allow between 3-14 days for delivery. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and ask if you wish us to back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. Orders to all other countries are VAT Free but may be subject to local duties and taxes. All local taxes and duties must be paid locally upon delivery. |

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, all we ask is that they are returned to us, unused, with all labels, tags and packaging intact.
