Before placing your first on-line order, please read our terms and conditions to ensure you are familiar with minimum order levels, carraige paid thresholds according to your location as well as our general trading practices. For some brands there are minimum buy-in thresholds for new stockists. Please refer to Terms & Conditions for details.
All order quantities are in casepacks and not individual units. Please follow the casepack sizes shown next to each product and order in casepack multiples as required.
Once you have added all of the items you require, please proceed to 'view cart' to ensure that you have met the minimum thresholds required.
From here you can proceed to check out where you will be asked to complete your account and delivery information. If you are using a temporary password this may mean that you need to overwrite some of the default fields with your own information. New customers should enter thier credit card information. Existing customers should use invoice as thier payment method. When paying by credit card, your credit card will only be debited on the day the order is shipped and only for the items shipped.
When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we confirm your order. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason or if we feel we are unable to supply you as it may be detrimental to another customer. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
