TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Renovation Store Limited (Wholesale Division) is a 'Trade-only' supplier. In order to purchase goods from our company you will need to be able to prove that you are a legitamate reseller with either a retail store(s) or an established retail website(s).

We reserve the right to reject any orders that we feel are not 'bona fide' trade and to turn
down any prospective customer if we feel that their location could be detrimental to the trading business of an existing customer.

MINIMUM ORDER

Our minimum opening carraige paid terms (excluding VAT) are as follows:

Mainland UK £350.00
Northern Ireland £500.00
Republic of Ireland £750.00
Isle of Man, Channel Islands £500.00
Mainland Europe £1000.00

Minimum reorder is £150 plus the cost of shipping up to the minimum carraige paid levels.

Please note that furniture and large or heavy items may incur additional shipping costs.


PAYMENT

New Accounts are payable in advance by credit card or proforma invoice. By providing a credit card account number and expiration date at the time an order is placed, the Buyer is authorising The Renovation Store to charge the credit card on the day of shipping and only for the products shipped. Credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Net terms of 30 days may be granted on subsequent orders, subject to the completion and approval of an account application form.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice.

ORDER AMENDEMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders will not be considered cancellations or amendements unless we receive written notice within five business days prior to shipping.

RETURNS

Returns must have prior authorisation and will be documented by a written confirmation issued by The Renovation Store Limited. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Authorised returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge plus the cost of shipping. Shipping charges must be pre-paid and the returned products must arrive 'as new' condition in original unopened packaging.

PRODUCT FINISHES

All of the America Retold products are individually handcrafted. Any imperfections are purposeful and the result of the antiquing or plating process that gives each piece its unique character.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Defective merchandise must be reported to The Renovation Store within 7 days of receiving the order. Shipping damage must be reported to The Renovation Store or to the shipper within 48 hours of receipt of the order. All packing materials must be retained for inspection by the shipping company. Please note that we do not accept returns or issue credits for used CicciaBella products.

OWNERSHIP

All goods supplied by The Renovation Store to the Buyer shall remain the sole and absolute property of The Renovation Store in law and in equity until the Buyer has paid The Renovation Store the agreed price together with the full price of any other goods supplied by The Renovation Store.

COPYRIGHT

All product designs for America Retold, CicciaBella and TableTopics are protected under Copyright laws. Any infringement will be vigorously prosecuted. Reproduction of any images, whether electronic or printed, is strictly prohibited without written authorisation from The Renovation Store.

BACKORDERS

When backorders are necessary, they will be shipped as available. If the original order was over the minimum carraige paid amount, no additional shipping costs will be incurred. Backorders under £75.00 will be cancelled. If you require your order to 'ship complete' it must be clearly stated on your order. Please be advised that this requirement could substantially delay your order.

PRIVACY POLICY

The Renovation Store Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies.
